Full Job Description

• Seeking a technician capable to work in a team setting with effective communication skills to speak with co-workers, customers, and the general public in a courteous, professional manner. Employee should possess great attention to detail regarding final appearance
• Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Cleaning and preparation of pavement surfaces (brooming, backpack blow, weedwacking)
• Crack filling Application of sealcoating material using long handles squeegee and/or spray wand to driveways or parking lots
• Prepare and maintain necessary equipment
• Perform other assigned duties
• Sealcoating is weather dependent and the crew works from approximately March to November.
• 40 hour minimum pay week guaranteed regardless of days off due to weather.
• Monday to Friday 6am-2pm
• Weekend option available 6am to 6pm
• Opportunity for overtime

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
